• A way to quickly obtain working capital through selling to TBI Leasing, with firm redeeming option at the end of the leasing contract, of motor vehicles, equipments or buildings which are in your property.
• Resorting to this form of leasing, and based on a leasing contract on the selected period of time that you choose, you keep the right of life interest upon it. At the end of the leasing contract the property is transferred back to you.

• Financing period: 36 months (second hand auto), 48 months (equipments > 10.000 euro), 84 months (real estate)
